　　iqos电子烟有尼古丁吗？卷烟烟龄前前后后加起来得有十五六年了，11年的时候戒掉过一次，但是只撑了一年半就又抽上了，之后就一直没再戒过。本来都不打算戒烟了的，前段时间偶然接触到了IQOS，上网做了点功课，发现用户反馈还不错，就买了一支试试。

　　IQOS在网上被大家称为电子烟，但是我个人觉得其实不能将它笼统地叫作电子烟，因为它在设计原理上和电子烟是存在很大区别的——电子烟释放尼古丁通过蒸馏方式，而IQOS释放尼古丁用的是水汽加热法。那么这两种工艺的区别是什么呢？？

　　蒸馏准确点来说叫“雾化”蒸馏，就是用化学方式将烟草中的尼古丁香气蒸发出来，这样释放出的烟雾焦油量要比卷烟燃烧所释放的焦油量少很多，这也是现在很多烟民都入手了电子烟的原因。而水汽加热是一种相对比较新的技术，也是IQOS最大的一个亮点，水汽加热顾名思义就是用通过电子设备对水汽加热，从而使烟草中的温度达到尼古丁的预设燃点，使其在不用明火燃烧的情况下也能释放出香气，这样一来，在达到了传统电子烟减少焦油释放量的作用的同时，产生的烟感也是热的，比较接近真实卷烟给人的感觉，对像我这种抽惯了卷烟的老烟民来说，接受起来比较容易。

　　所以一开始抽的时候，适应得比较快，慢慢地随着IQOS使用的增多，我发现卷烟好像没以前好抽了，那种非常过瘾的感觉没有了，而且抽得多的时候会觉得嘴里有股腻腻的味道，很不舒服。我觉得这种情况可能和烟草中的焦油含量有关吧，卷烟中的焦油含量是非常高的，尤其是抽的时候经过不完全燃烧，释放出的量更是不可估计，而IQOS自身的焦油含量比较低，抽起来味道比较醇厚，没有卷烟那么大的焦油味。这一点我还是很满意的，毕竟大家想要戒掉卷烟就是为了一个“健康”，IQOS给烟民提供了很大的健康保障。推荐阅读：iqos电子烟为什么被禁
